Toni, with 30+ years of experience, is a dedicated Social Worker skilled in navigating complex social environments.
She prioritizes nurturing respectful, empowering relationships and advocates for individuals to access resources for self-sufficiency.
Toni is committed to solution-focused outcomes, ensuring integrity, independence, and autonomy in daily living.
Her extensive experience spans all age groups and includes working with individuals with disabilities, dementia, mental health concerns, newcomers, LGBTQ communities, and other vulnerable populations.
Toni follows the empathetic approach of Brene Brown, believing in the power of listening, holding space, connecting emotionally, and delivering the healing message of “you’re not alone.

Calgary native Gary epitomizes community spirit with his lifelong commitment to caregiving, coaching, and mentorship.
As a devoted parent, he nurtured his children while pursuing a PhD in Education at the University of Calgary. Simultaneously, he coached at a local water polo club.
Recently, Gary shifted his dedication to seniors, specializing in dementia care. Over six years, he’s built deep connections with senior men and their families, providing respite and quality life experiences.
Gary is also a mentor to undergraduates and water polo coaches, embodying our values at GenaCare Family Support.
